Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Economy Delivery: 3-5 Working Days (99% of orders leave next day)
Use this service when you have a little more time. Its the cheapest way to post, but is not a tracked service. Overall order/delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Standard Delivery: 1-5 Working Days (99% of orders leave next day)
Use this service when you need a bit quicker. Its inexpensive - only slightly more then economy postage, but is not a tracked service. Overall order/delivery time is 1-5 working days.
If your order is placed before 12pm it will leave same working day depending on stock levels. Please note: where stock is not available we will let you know if parts of your order have been dispatched. To confirm stock, please email, use the live help or give us a call.

Special Delivery: 1-2 Working days
If any items are not available we will inform you. Any items with or printing or embroidery will take an extra day so delivery will be 1-3 working days.
It cost just £8.95 per order.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exchange Policy
You can return unused items complete with tags within 14 days for an exchange. It is your responsibility to post the items back to us and pay for this, but out of goodwill we will resend items free of charge for you, so you do not pay twice if under £75 which is free.
High Street Store
Please note items placed online on certain items including Beavers and Rainbows can be slightly cheaper then in the high street store.
This is because orders are not handled directly by the company and we pass on the savings to you the customer. You can not collect or purchase in the high street store at these prices at this time.
